SHIPPING:
If you order more books, the shipping will average out to be less per book due to the amount being
spread over a greater number of books.
Here is a good example for rule of thumb:
Count on $8.45 BASE AMOUNT (shipping for one book).
Shipping averages out to around 65-cents shipping per book.
Using the above book:
50 books will be $33.00 shipping or 66-cents per book;
100 books will be $63.00 or 63-cents per book;
150 is $93 or 62-cents per book and
200 is $123 or 61-cents per book.
